A nice thank you from TheMathsTutor.ie

It is nice to get e-mails like this;

Hi Ron and Fionan,

I would like to give you an update about our online maths support system for Irish students, which had it’s official launch last Saturday in Cork.  Thanks to SBC for helping us overcome some of the startup ‘challenges’.

Eamonn

Eamon is the  founder of a new Irish website, www.TheMathsTutor.ie which had its official full launch at the MathsFest 2012 education show in Cork on Saturday 20th October 2012.

The website focusing on Project Maths was launched in trial mode in time for the 2012 exams, and has received excellent feedback from students, parents and teachers. Given the high uptake and success of this trial, the system has been expanded with new features and content to cover the latest Project Maths syllabus changes.

TheMathsTutor.ie is unique in that it is the only e-learning website focusing specifically on Project Maths.

It offers a full online learning environment with video Lesson and Interactive Exercises.  For less than the cost of two grinds, students can benefit from unlimited online support for the full duration of the school year and implement the work of teachers with Project Maths.
