Are you a friendly business

The JCI Friendly Business Awards recognise the important role that local industry plays in the continuous development and improvement of our country. The project aims to award friendly businesses, who go that extra mile and provide an outstanding customer service for their clients and their community. It is particularly important in this economic environment to highlight businesses that don’t allow their standards to slip and continue to provide quality services.

The friendliest business in Dublin will be judged on the following criteria.

  1. Customer Care / Friendliness.
  2. Eco Friendliness.
  3. Shop layout & design.
  4. Disability access.

These are four categories are key contributors to making up a business that has the customer at the center of their business.

Friendly Business Awards are mainly focused on physical businesses evaluation.
Recognising continuous progress and innovation JCI Ireland is introducing Friendly Digital
Business Awards. The new category will be judged by following criteria:

  1. Social media presence
  2. Responsiveness
  3. Usability

The closing date for the competition is the 5th of August 2012

All participants will be invited to the award ceremony in The Mansion House at the end of
August. Dublin’s Lord Mayor will present the award to the winner during the ceremony.

The winner of Dublin friendly business competition will be invited to JCI Ireland National
 in Westport, Mayo on the 6-7th of October.
