Best Alternatives To Top SaaS Products for Small Business

Finding a product that suits the needs of your business is almost a job in itself. There are a lot of brands and delivery systems out there, so it takes time to sift through them. For Software-as-a-Service, the program and storage are provided in the cloud, which means you don’t need to buy or run maintenance on a server. Here are some of the top SaaS products and their alternatives:

Method:CRM Best Alternative to Salesforce

Method:CRM Vs Salesforce

Salesforce is one of the largest CRM providers – their clients include Virgin America, Canon, and the City of Boston. While it is certainly a household name in SaaS products, entrepreneurs with small businesses equate it to taking out a fly with a rocket launcher. It’s just too much.

Method:CRM is a customizable, cloud-based CRM tool that will allow you to stay organized and save time. It’s a powerful tool that provides valuable data about your business through custom reports and data. One of the biggest advantages is that it easily syncs with QuickBooks without any hassle. Clients can log in to check their account and pay their bills securely.

One of the many and most recent reviews on Intuit Apps for Method:CRM was

“We’ve been looking for a CRM for a while now. Looked into SalesForce but it was just too big of a gun for our small business. Looked into Method and was on the fence, then I got a free demo and WOW. The software can do so much more than I thought.”

Wrike The Best Alternative to BaseCamp

wrike vs basecamp

Wrike was founded in 2006 and it seems to be grabbing all the attention away from BaseCamp. Wrike is one of the only Task/Team Management systems that offer a free plan!

You and your team can accomplish more by filtering out tasks into achievable milestones rather than a really long list of to-dos. Projects and tasks are simple to add, easy to manage and since I work remotely quite frequently this made my job so much easier to use.
A review by Linda Difino on GetApp.com:

“I used Basecamp with a former employer and have found Wrike to be a MUCH more user friendly, intuitive, and complete project management solution.”

Mastermind Backup Best Alternative to Carbonite

mastermind vs carbonite

I found out that Mastermind Backup is the largest Canadian online backup solutions company, and I think I know why. Their pricing is just unbeatable! 80% of their plans are cheaper than Carbonites, service and support are beyond exceptional. That’s not all, since Mastermind is Canadian-based your data stays in Canada and is protected by privacy laws, so you don’t have to worry about someone accessing your information without consent!

Raven Tools Best Alternative to BrightEdge

Raven Tools vs BrightEdge

As some might know, BrightEdge is a leading brand so you need really deep pockets to afford their software. I can’t say it’s bad or negative in any way just that it’s expensive and only focuses on SEO and Content Marketing. As freelancer or SMB your best option is Raven Tools, It’s an all-in-one solution for your digital marketing needs; it covers SEO, PPC, Social Media and content marketing. It’s very affordable and has many features, definitely a great product to use.

I have used both basecamp and wrike for my projects. Recently I have just started using proofhub for my projects. To me this tool seems to be far better than both wrike and basecamp. The thing I like the most about the proofhub is that I can add unlimited users to my projects.
