I am the owner of the Lorelei Cleaning Agency based in North Dublin covering mainly Leinster which specialises in
Deep and interim cleaning of
Carpets
Wooden Floors
PVC, Linoleum Floors
Stone Floors
Natural Stone Carpets
Commercial properties
Residential properties (Re-Let cleans etc)

Cleaning of outside areas including removal of graffiti, fly postinga and application of protective coatings to ensure easy removal following repeated attacks.
We use 4 different systems to clean carpets to ensure that the correct method is applied for your needs – carpets are dry within 20 minutes to 3 hours normally in extreme cases they may take up to 12 hours.
Hard floors – for porous stone e.g. marble we use resin HTC Twister pads, for all other surfaces (except natural stone carpets) including laminate, cork, bamboo, marmoleum, vinyl, ceramic, slate etc we use a process which enables us to clean and coat a 100square feet in approximately 1 ½ hours with your being able to walk on the surface after 4 hours.

We cover all of Leinster, dependant on the job we will also go further afield for instance we have carried out tasks in the UK
On a personal basis I spent a number of years in the Army followed by a few business ventures and positions in Germany befoe coming into the cleaning profession. Broke away for a couple of years to work in the events industry in Gemany, Then spent a few years working in various call or should I say contact centres i.e. IBN in Greenock, Conduti in Dublin and Ebay in Dublin before returning to the profession.
I enjoy watching Rugby and Tug of War (takes too long to recover after participating nowadays), enjoy reading military histroy, novels (crime fiction and based on military history - big fan of Donna Leone books and the Flashman series - my hero), opera and folk music as well ast the 60's, 70's and dare I say it early 80's. - Business Type

I did a payroll course myself just over 3 years ago, and have been maintaining my own books.
Things moving up a bit so will probably be needing assistance with books, returns etc.
Beinbg a sole trader without huge property portfolios, investments, tennants etc I really don't see a need for an accountant for myself. Obviously if I went limited then I would.
So if an experienced recommended bookkeeper came along in all likelihood would use them before an accountant.
Definitely a market there as far as I can see
