If you are in a growth phase, please be aware of some of the traps:
- Focus on fundraising rather than selling
- Underestimate the cash burn, you will need twice as much and you will sell half of what your expect
- Forget account management of existing and solely focus on acquiring new clients
- Not getting rid of bad clients
- Not delegating
- Giving away equity too soon
