Event: Dublin Navigator Programme for Emerging Leaders

Common Purpose is an international not-for-profit dedicated to leadership development. For the past 20 years, Common Purpose in Ireland has been delivering leadership development programmes to people across the public, private and non-profit sectors in Cork, Dublin and Limerick. There are still a few places available on our upcoming Dublin Navigator programme for emerging leaders and we’d be delighted to hear from anyone interested in taking part or nominating to the programme.

How can small businesses benefit from Common Purpose programmes?

Common Purpose programmes vary in length and content but they all involve participants and contributors from the private, public and voluntary sectors and give participants the skills, connections and inspiration to become better leaders, both at work and in society.

Each programme is a dynamic and fast-moving learning experience. Participants can expect to practice a vast range of competencies, including negotiating and influencing, multi-disciplinary team-working, working with change and innovation, holistic problem-solving, solution-based reasoning, and engaging with diversity.

The key benefits of our programmes include:

  • An opportunity to engage with leadership as it is currently playing out in Dublin.
  • Learn about leadership directly from people in positions of influence.
  • Gain perspectives on how other sectors and organisations and leaders tackle common organisational challenges.
  • Subject to successful completion, the participant will join a dynamic international graduate network of over 50,000 leaders.

Dublin Navigator Programme for Emerging Leaders – May 11th, 12th, 13th, 19th and 20th

There are still a few places available on our upcoming Dublin Navigator programme for emerging leaders and we’d be delighted to hear from anyone interested in taking part or nominating to the programme. Key details for this programme are as follows:

  • This is a dynamic and fast-moving learning experience, bringing together 30-35 emerging leaders from across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors who have been identified as key people for their organisation now and into the future.
  • The 5 day course, spread over two weeks, offers an accelerated leadership development opportunity which encourages participants to consider how they can bring their abilities to a wider context to influence change.
  • The ideal Navigator candidate is a professional who is just about to embark on a new role with expanded leadership responsibilities. Such a candidate might have a brief for leading on new changes and initiatives, either internally or externally.
  • Participants can expect to practice a vast range of competencies, including negotiating and influencing, multi-disciplinary team-working, working with change and innovation, holistic problem-solving, solution-based reasoning, and engaging with diversity.

Please note that part-bursary places can be considered for those unable to afford the full fee for the programme.

If you are interested and would like to apply or find out more, we’d love to hear from you. Please call our office on 01 872 9322 or email dublin@commonpurpose.ie.
