Facebook Page Marketing Tips

Facebook Page marketing secrets to help you out of doing the same boring things producing the same poor results. Here are some invaluable Facebook page marketing tips.

My plain text posts achieve 400% more views than photographs.

1. Ease off on the photographs

Even the dogs in the street know photographs in posts are important. That’s the problem. Everyone is chasing the same type of post. Try writing a few more one or two lines in a text post; no photo or link attached. Just plain ordinary texts say along the lines of a question. Example “How many coffees do you need to get going on a Monday morning?”

2. Milestones

You have filled in the about area of your page and have probably ignored milestones. Don’t ignore milestones they are part of a complete Page and the Facebook Newsfeed algorithm likes a complete Page.

3. Videos

Make sure all your posts with video are highlighted. This allows the video to play full width on your Page. You do create some video posts don’t you?

4. Stop asking for likes

Just don’t make it so obvious you are desperate for likes. Facebook views “Like if you agree” as gaming the system.

5. Givers Gain

Support other Pages with comments, like and share their stuff. Funny thing is people will return the favour.

6. Run Facebook Adverts

“Doing business without advertising is like winking at a girl in the dark. You know what you are doing but nobody else does.” Steuart Henderson Britt

7. Experiment, Experiment, Experiment

Don’t let your Page and your mind stagnate. I will be experimenting with posting during adverts on popular TV programmes when I know a huge audience will be tuned in. Many people are probably looking at Facebook on their mobiles and tablets at the same time.

8. Think Differently
