IFA Presidential Election 2013

I am sure most of you are aware of the IFA Presidential elections and voting which is taking place across all 946 IFA branches by local members.

Brendan Lynch chairman of the Ughtyneill/Moynalty branch extended an invite to the Ulster Bank Region East Agri Team to provide a presentation regarding accessing finance for the agri sector and to discuss Ulster Bank newly launched agri products which are aimed at Dairy Farmers, Beef farmers and Young farmers.

This was a well attended event by branch members and a good lively question and answers session took place during the presentation followed by further questions over a cup of tea and biscuits kindly provided by the local branch members.

All voting will be completed on Friday 13th with national count taking place on Tuesday 17th December in Catleknock Hotel Dublin. The new president and offer officers will take up office at the IFA agm which takes place on Tuesday 14th January 2014. Best of luck to all involved.
