People love to hear their Name.
So when you get a business card from someone as soon as you have the time insert their mobille number into your phone. So when and if they ring you your are starting the conversation by saying hello “John ” instead of waiting for the introduction and also if you have not heard their name when they called asking for it a second time.
A couple of weeks ago ten minutes after I had left a potential customer he rang me and was impressed that I had answered phone greeting him with his name.
I use ScanBizCards app to keep track of my cards.
