Planning to export to UK for the first time?
The British Irish Chamber has developed a pilot programme that is geared to help Irish first time exporters to access the UK market. The programme will combine export strategy, market segmentation and messaging with sales training and hands-on coaching.
The programme will run for 3 months and apart from the training, coaching and support, the programme will supply you with the names and contact details of a hundred qualified decision makers, to allow you to hit the ground running.
Cost to participate in this unique pilot is € 550 for the full programme, which will include first 3 months free membership of the British Irish Chamber.
The programme is delivered by JMB Partnership, an Award Winning Agency for Enterprise and International Trade. JMB have extension experience in supporting companies enter and bolster their UK market share, having conducted campaigns for over 700 public and private sector companies. Including UKTI, Enterprise Ireland, major banks and local enterprise agencies in Ireland and UK.

The first stage is for your mentor to get to know you and your business. This familiarisation session will consist of an initial 1-hour consultancy session to gain further insight into the business, current growth stage, objectives and target profile.
Initial ½ day workshop to provide you with the skills and knowledge of the tactical tools required for successful market entry. Sessions to be conducted in British Irish Chamber offices in Dublin.
Following on from the workshop session, your mentor will work with you on a 1-2-1 company basis to define key objectives and activities to be conducted which will support the growth of your business. Following this sessions, KPI’s will be developed with the view becoming ‘market ready’
Adhoc consultancy support is also available to you to ensure you remain on track to achieving your growth objectives.
Upon completion of the initial 3-month programme JMB will conduct a follow-up consultancy session to strategically map your next steps required to capitalise on the growth opportunities available.
During the programme you will be supplied a qualified data set of 100 key contacts to support the development of your sales pipeline. Data sets to be provided on a monthly basis via email in Excel format. Data criteria will be agreed during the 1-2-1 familiarisation session and based on your target segment; qualified data set to include:
- Company name
- Company contact details, address, phone, additional company information
- Name & title of specified decision maker
- Personal contact details for specified decision maker, including email
